Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are types of businesses that absorb a lot of manpower and have better resilience and flexibility in dealing with the dynamics of a country's economic life. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be recognized as a strategic and important force to accelerate regional development. This study uses a qualitative description method, which tends to describe social phenomena and realities in the field that are the subject of research. The subjects in this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Group 21 Real Work Lectures (KKN) Bhayangkara University Surabaya and stakeholders from Pepe Village. The data collection technique used in this study was to conduct a study of related literature by obtaining it from online media, books, direct involvement in the field, journals and print media
