Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is an application, development, and also a form of student service to the community which is carried out outside the campus. In its implementation, KKN is expected to develop social competence and personality competence of students. In this activity journal, KKN activities were carried out in Seduri village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java with the theme of Increasing MSME Sales by using social media in the form of e-commerce and marketplaces. The purpose of this service is to find out the role of Real Work Lectures and also as a service journal for the results of work programs that have been carried out by our group. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. This interview method aims to dig up information about MSME activities that are being carried out by the Seduri village community, and from the results of the service it is found that the role of KKN as part of developing student competencies, especially social competence and personality competence, is very clearly found at the service location.
