Abstract

This article describes the use of cilembu sweet potato to be processed into various snacks that are ready to be marketed in stalls or cafes. Cilembu sweet potato is a type of cassava that has a sweet taste more than other cassava, therefore it can be processed into snacks that have the potential to sell well in the market. Duyung Village, located in Mojokerto Regency, is a village that produces Celembu Sweet Potatoes with good quality. However, most of the people there sell their produce in the form of Cilembu sweet potato directly without being processed first into snacks (cakes). So, through KKN activities, we held training on making products by utilizing the surroundings (Cilembu sweet potato) with the aim of training the creativity of the surrounding community in utilizing their natural wealth. This paper uses a qualitative research method that describes the training activities of processing Cilembu sweet potato into snacks and marketing it to nearby stalls and cafes.
