Abstract

Human life is very dependent on natural resources. Natural resources are the main and fundamental capital to meet the needs of human life. In this regard, optimizing the use of natural resources must be achieved by considering aspects of potential, suitability, sustainability and consistency of benefits to achieve sustainability. To achieve this optimization, it is necessary to maintain a normal balance point. This study aims to minimize the occurrence of criminal acts in the form of the use of illegal drugs which can cause dependence and can damage the body's health in the long term. Then we also made repairs to village assets, namely in the form of posyandu which were very little paid attention to by residents who had been neglected for a long time but were still actively used by villagers. And we also revive MSMEs and provide digital marketing counseling for MSMEs in Tambak Oso Village by branding these MSMEs through social media. We also take part in routine residents' exercise activities which are held every week in the Tambak Oso village field. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, taking place in Tambak Oso Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the optimization efforts carried out by the Regional Government of Tambak Oso Village in developing potential are community participation, environmental carrying capacity, promotion, involvement of all stakeholders, sustainable resource utilization accommodating community aspirations, program monitoring and evaluation, environmental accountability, community training
