Abstract

Rembang District is located in Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. Rembang District is a residential area dominated by vacant land which is still quite large. The potential for processing vacant land which is still quite large in Rembang District has the opportunity to be developed as a traffic park. Traffic Park is a container or place to play and learn traffic, especially for children. In this park, it is hoped that children can understand and understand traffic rules and be able to apply them to everyday life. Traffic violations are a situation where there is a discrepancy between the rules and the implementation. The rules in question are laws that have been stipulated by the state that apply legally, namely Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Satlantas Polrestabes led by Kasatlantas Polrestabes who is responsible for carrying out duties to the Kapolres and is tasked with providing technical guidance on the implementation of the traffic function
