OPTIMALISASI BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) “JOGORESO” DESA KEDUNG PELUK KECAMATAN CANDI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

Kedung Peluk Village is a village in the Candi sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. Kedung Peluk Village isfamous for its acres of fishing ponds. This village has abundant potential for fishery products so that the villagersprocess them with various preparations ranging from smoked milkfish to fish crackers. From a geographical point of view, the location of Kedung Peluk village has potential with its culinary tourism, which prompted the Kedung Peluk village head to establish a BUMDES in the form of a Jogoreso restaurant. However, due to the lack of promotion and its remote access from the main road, this restaurant is not well known by the wider community.For this reason, we are helping to optimize the BUMDES so that it attracts visitors by making a placard in frontof the entrance to the restaurant as a marker, designing banners and installing them at several points before entering Kedung Peluk village, and repairing the roof of the gate for beauty and aesthetics. It is hoped that this KKN activity will bring major changes to BUMDES in Kedung Peluk village.
