MEMBANGUN SINERGITAS DEMI TERWUJUDNYA MASYARAKAT YANG BERINTEGRITAS DENGAN PROGRAM KAMTIBMAS DI DESA KEMBANGBELOR KEC.PACET KAB. MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) which is an intracurricular course carried out by academics in all universities that must be followed by all students with the aim of improving students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in society after graduating from study. Thematic KKN which is carried out outside the campus has the intention of increasing the relevance of higher education tothe development and needs of the community for education, and environmental preservation. This Thematic KKN is a program held annually by Bhayangkara University Surabaya, the implementation of which is carried outin Kembangbelor Village, Pacet District, MojokertoRegency with the KKN theme "Building synergy for the realization of a community that is integratedwith the kamtibmas program in the village of Pacet Mojokerto". In this Thematic KKN activity in 2022, Students of Bhayangkara University Surabaya are divided into several groups whose KKN implementation is spread across several regions in East Java. For our Work Program, among others, the Development and Improvement of MSMEs Chips Samiler in Kembang Belor Village, wedo this to change the mindset of the village community by starting to improve their way of selling in terms of product packaging and teaching online marketing techniques. Tourism development and devotional work so that which can foster a development in sustainability and hygiene and also provide education to be shared with the community and children to be given an understanding in alearning. As well as socializing some education that can be applied by the community environment.
