The primary goal is to enhance public environmental awareness while improving the operational efficiency of the waste bank. Methods employed include participatory surveys, educational workshops, primary data collection through observations, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate a significant increase in community participation in waste sorting, environmental education, and the management of waste volume through the waste bank. The impact of this activity encompasses heightened environmental awareness among the community, the establishment of new waste management behaviors, and the strengthening of collaboration between higher education institutions and the community for environmental preservation efforts. This research contributes to understanding the vital role of waste banks in sustaining the environment and fostering active community involvement in waste management.
