Abstract
The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hinder the development and economic development of certain regions. The low quality of human resources will also be a stumbling block in the era of globalization, because the era of globalization is an era of quality competition. This community service uses a Qualitative Descriptive Approach and uses secondary data where this service aims to advance the resources of its citizens, and build the enthusiasm of young men and women so that they can make the digitalization era a place to start developing potential creatively, innovatively, and solutively. From the following discussion, our Adhigana KKN group found several solutions that will become a program for our group to conduct a 10-day KKN in Kembang Belor Village.
